One of the 4 traits that make a person successful, coming from both an inborn and cultivated gift, and one of the 4 needed Commonalities of Commitment in a mate one seeks for long term romance.
Romantic Dynamics defines the Intellect as a "style" of acquiring data - a certain amount of Left-brained activity and a certain amount of Right-brained activity, in which there can be placed a certain measurable amount of the two types of data, themselves - education and experience, respectively. But intelligence is less about "style" or "amount" of data, and more about the "firepower" of them - the efficiency and effective use of that data, a trait in a person largely genetically bestowed, but also to be practiced and cultivated.
One might say that the intellect is more Left-brained or Right-brained or filled more with either education or experience.
Intelligence by contrast is more about the combined efficiency of both Left-brained and Right-brained ability, and effective execution in use of both one's education and experience.
